Perth-y-Pia Barn - Communal AreaThe centre has been designed to create a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere where guests feel at ease to use the centre as they would their own home.

The accommodation is in two buildings separated by a small courtyard. Each building sleeps up to 16 people and you can hire one or both buildings. All beds have duvets and pillows and you can hire linen by arrangement and each kitchen is fully equipped for group catering. There is oil fired central heating throughout.

The farmhouse, dating back to the fifteenth century has a comfortable living room complete with original hearth and old bread oven and a large wood burning stove.

Adjacent is a kitchen/dining room with a large table and this room leads down to 2 x 4 bedded rooms with a shared shower and toilet.

Farmhouse Communal AreaUp the winding stone staircase are 3 further bedrooms, sleeping 8 people in total. 2 additional showers and toilets are located on the ground floor.

The barn has been renovated to offer a higher degree of comfort. Upstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a beautiful long rustic wooden table and chairs, and comfortable seating with warm faux fur throws.

The comfortable  bedrooms have a mix of single and bunk beds and each room has an en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Outside you are welcome to use the fields, and there is an area for lighting fires and a barbecue and picnic table.

There is a car park accessed up the steep drive.
